- In the course of representing you to our candidates, there are certain things we will need to know in order to present the best and most accurate picture of the role you have available, your organization and the hiring manager. The questions that follow are not intended to be an exhaustive list, but a starting point between your recruiter and you for the conversations that you will have. We represent many companies and a wide range of candidates. Your responses allow us to narrow our focus to those candidates that would be the best fit for the organization, the hiring manager and both the role today and what it may become in the future.
If listing multiple roles- please list in order of urgency to fill.
For the questions below limit your responses to the most urgent position you need us to fill.
Is it a replacement for an employee that has left the organization, been promoted, or a new position budgeted for growth?
Please include information regarding how soon the position needs to be filled and the effects on the organization of the role not being filled.
Where did they come from? (i.e. - internal candidates) Why have you passed on hiring these candidates?
How many offers have been made? Are there any offers pending? Have any been declined? If so, why were they declined?
Who are all of the people involved in the recruitment process in your organization? How many interviews will there be? What type of interviews will be conducted? When are you prepared to begin conducting interviews?
Any companies where you like people from? Any companies we should avoid recruiting from? Any companies that your current employees have come from and been successful in your company?
Management style, background, education etc.
What position is the next logical progression in this company? The last person promoted from this role went into what type of role? How often are employees reviewed and eligible for raises and/ or promotions?
